Getting Connected

If you are interested in opening or changing an account with InterComm, you can call us from Reno/Sparks/Incline/Carson at 829-2414, from Minden/Gardnerville at 888-6013, from Elko at 777-9823, signup online or come by our office in Reno.

  Early Cancellation

  • If you pay for two or more months in advance, and you decide to cancel your account early, the remainder will be returned to you immediately. For example, if you pay for a year, then cancel after six months, we will return 50% of what you paid.
  • DSL - Discounts for prepaying more time in advance are not available for DSL services, however, refunds for prepaid services over 1 month will be refunded, less any applicable fees, such as but not limited to Early Termination Fee (contract service only), or failure to return leased equipment, or damaged equipment.
  • DSL Services ONLY - An Early Termination Fee of $99 will be charged for Contracted Services
  • DSL Early Termination Fees, must be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation
  • DSL Leased Equipment must be returned within 30 days of cancellation.  Returning Damaged Leased Equipment or Failure to Return any Leased Equipment will result in the costs to be charged to your Credit Card.
