Elko County is the
northeastern corner of Nevada and the largest of all
17 counties. Covering nearly 15,000 square miles, you
could fit New Jersey and Delware within its borders
and still have lots of elbow room for the 40,000
residents. From the rugged mountains at Jarbidge to
the beginning of the Utah salt flats at Wendover to
the lush Ruby Mountains, Elko offers filmmakers both
the beautiful and harsh landscapes of Nevada.
