Copy:  Drag your mouse over the text that you wish to copy and click on the top of the window on the Edit Menu, then select Copy.  You can also use the Ctrl+C key combination on your keyboard, or right click on the selected material and select Copy.

Paste:  Click your mouse where you would like your copied material to appear, then click on the top of the window on the Edit Menu, then select Paste.  You can also use the Ctrl+V key combination on your keyboard, or right click and select Paste.
